- All loose material removed; cast stone treated with corrosion-resistant coating and rendering mortar for long-term durability.
- Exposed steel beam coated with epoxy-based anti-corrosion treatment to eliminate future moisture intrusion.
- Salvaged bricks reinstalled in full mortar beds; joints repointed to match original historic mortar.
