27 Build is a California Corporation with full insurance and bonding. We operate with full transparency and accountability on every project.
Client Terms of Service
1. Scope of Work & Change Orders
- Agreement: 27 Build agrees to perform the work outlined in the provided and signed proposal.
- Changes: Any deviations from the initial proposal must be documented and signed as a formal Change Order. Additional costs or timeline extensions will be presented transparently before work commences.
2. Payment Terms
- Deposit: A deposit of X% is required prior to securing materials and scheduling the project kickoff.
- Draw Schedule: Subsequent payments will be tied to project milestones as outlined in the initial proposal.
- Final Payment: The final balance is due upon project completion and the final walk-through approval.
3. Expectations & Site Access
- Access: The client agrees to provide necessary access to the property during standard working hours.
- Delays: 27 Build is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen site conditions, extreme weather, or material supply chain disruptions.
- Communication: Jeff Murrell or designated project managers will be the primary points of contact for all site concerns.
4. Warranty & Liability
- 27 Build warranties all labor for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties for installed materials/equipment apply independently.
Worker & Subcontractor Agreement
1. Rules of Conduct
- Professionalism: All workers must maintain a professional demeanor on-site. Respect for clients, neighbors, and team members is strictly required.
- Safety First: Compliance with all safety regulations, including the use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), is mandatory at all times.
- Site Cleanliness: Workspaces must be cleaned and secured at the end of each work day.
2. Payment Schedules & Terms
- Invoicing: All hours/invoices must be submitted via the designated Simpro portal trailing the work week.
- Payment Window: Payments are disbursed bi-weekly on Fridays, net-14 from the date of approved invoice, unless otherwise negotiated in an explicit sub-contract.
3. Disciplinary Action & Termination
- Violation of safety or conduct rules may result in immediate removal from the site and termination of the contract.
4. Acknowledgment
- By beginning work on a 27 Build project site, the worker/subcontractor agrees to all terms listed above.
